If you want to unlock a code you can click "Unlock Items Online" button on the home page and then you will be redirected to a page that will look like this.
Then after you select your penguin you will then see a page where you will have to put in your password, so type in your password in the box and click next.
After that you will see a page asking you what type of code you would like to unlock, click on either "I've got a Book" or "I've got a Code" depending on which type of code you have.
The rest of this process is pretty self explanatory, if you chose the book you will see a list of all the books from Club Penguin that you can unlock codes from. Select the book and answer the question.
If you select the code option you will just have to type in the code you have got and you will be able to redeem the item from the treasure books.
