Where is Cart Surfer?
Cart Surfer is located in the Mine. You can get there by click the Mine Shack on the map. The game will be near the carts to the right.
You play Cart Surfer by using your left and right arrow keys to lean and the up and down arrow keys to change how you ride the cart. You can press spacebar to jump.
Cheats:
There isn't much to Cart Surfing. You just have to experiment with the arrow keys to learn new tricks. If you want to keep earning coins don't do the same trick twice. If you do you will earn half the points than you did the first time.
Another tip is to crash purposely during the game so you can extend the track. Only crash 3 times and don't crash any more times after that or else you will lose the game. But this is a great way to extend the game and earn more coins.
Also, while you are about to hit a turn in the game grind the track. To do this press the down arrow along with the arrow that you have to turn with. An example of this grind is shown below.
The last tip that I can give you to earn more coins throughout the game is to bring your Black Puffle along for the ride. You will then be able to earn more coins.
