Club Penguin - Pet Shop Music Glitch

Hello penguins! As I visited the Club Penguin Pet Shop I noticed something very strange going on. During the Card-Jitsu Party November 2011 the Halloween Party music was playing instead. I found this to be very strange. I guess Club Penguin Forgot to update their files as they were switching the parties. Anyways here is a picture.

I think Club Penguin should be aware of this glitch and take some action, don't you think? Also, I don't believe the Pet Shop every had music when it was not decorated. Well who knows what happened. What do you think occurred? Tell us in the comments below!
